Bánh ướt chả lụa aka Steamed Rice Flour Noodle Sheets w/ Vietnamese Ham

For a quick & fresh summer Vietnamese meal that doesn’t require cooking this is the dish for you!

Banh Uot translated means "Wet Cakes" is made of rice flour, tapioca starch & water (It’s gluten free!). It’s eaten with Cha Lua (the same meat you get in a pork roll) & garnishes or your choice such as Vietnamese herbs and crispy shallots.

This is a great introduction to Vietnamese cuisine as it requires little cooking. All ingredients can be conveniently purchased at your local South East Asian grocery store. The Banh Uot is made fresh daily and delivered to the store.
